I know I have talked about being consistent with workouts and watching the kinds and amounts of foods you put into your body. I think we all know that those things lead to being healthy!
When you start taking your first step on your journey, the road seem so long and daunting that it’s easy to make little excuses along the way. Life has its obstacles. Life has its challenges. Life throws us curves and puts us off balance. So, what is it that gets a person results?
It’s being persistent! That’s the thing that you put your mindset and intentions to focus upon. It’s being focused no matter what is going on in this crazy world around you! It’s wanting it badly! We all know it’s easy to give in to external pressures, stresses and drama in the world. That stuff can eat us up! But when you look those obstacles square in the eyes the find a away around, you ultimately succeed. Your focus and attitude to press forward must be unstoppable.
Quit all the mind chatter an go get it. You deserve it and it really all comes down to how badly you want to reach your goals.
For me, I have recently found that taking about 10 minutes to quiet my mind and focus on what I really want and what it feels like when I reach it, sets the ball in motion for taking action each day. I think this signals my brain to give me little reminders when I’m off track and to make a choice. Is this working for me or against me?
