  • 1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
  • 1/4 cup of pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cup of orange juice
  • 2 pineapple rings
  • ice to preference

Peanut Butter Chunk Shakeology

Peanut Butter Chunk Shakeology

In a blender place
1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
6 oz Water (or almond milk or skim milk)
1 Tbsp of organic natural peanut butter
Big scoop of ice (to make nice and thick!)

Blend to chocolatey goodness
Spoon into a glass

Add
1 Tbsp of organic natural peanut butter cut into small chunks into the glass

Eat Spoonfuls and Enjoy

Fudgy Frozen Oat Bar

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut, cashew or almond butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats, cooked and cooled

Combine all ingredients well and freeze for at least 90 minutes

Amazing muscle building protein while getting my veggie intake!

Key Lime Shakeology Pie with Greenberry Shakeology Recipe

Key Lime Shakeology Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 container tofu, silken or firm (approx 12 oz)
  • 1 scoops Greenberry Shakeology
  • 2 squeezed limes (I just got a tip to us lime zest. Thanks Keith Harris!)
  • 1 tbsp of sugar free lime jello
  • 1 tbsp of orange juice
  • 2 Philadelphia Cream Cheese Philly Minis (1/3 less fat kind)
  • 1 pre-made pie crust…Whole Foods has Whole Grain, Graham Cracker like pie crusts that are fantastic for this!
    (I used Arrowhead Mills)

Preparation:
Blend together the tofu, Greenberry Shakeology, jello, lime juice, cream cheese and OJ until smooth and creamy. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until firm, at least one hour.
