My dear friend and Beachbody Coach, Darlene DeMet shared a recent experience. She had a stroke just weeks ago. This ended up being a blessing and eye opener for her.
The biggest thing she learned was that she needed to take better care of herself and put herself first. Otherwise, she wouldn’t be there for her family, friends and people’s lives she has yet to touch.
