Are you a fan of pizza? Well, get ready to see how simple it is to make a healthy and tasty pizza crust using only 4 ingredients. This is my wife, Hillary’s, awesome cauliflower pizza crust. We are used products from Trader Joes, our favorite place to shop! Trader Joes Riced Cauliflower Traders Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Trader Joes Mozzarella Cheese Trader Joes Pizza Sauce Trader Joes Coconut Oil Spray
Ingredients
  • 4 c Riced Cauliflower
  • ⅔ c Gluten-Free Flour
  • ¼ c Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 Eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 480 Degrees
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix riced cauliflower, flour, and cheese in a mixing bowl
  3. Beat eggs and add to the dry mixture
  4. Blend together
  5. Divide mixture in half
  6. Line a pizza baking stone or baking sheet with parchment paper
  7. Lightly spray with cooking spray (we used coconut oil spray from Trader Joes)
  8. Flatten and form half the mixture into a pizza crust. TIP - the thinner the crust, the crispier it will be. We find that thicker crusts tend to be a bit more soggy.
  9. Bake the crust for 20-25 minutes
  10. Flip crust.
  11. Bake for another 10-15 minutes
  12. (you may need to adjust the baking time based on how crispy you would like your crust)
  13. Add sauce and toppings of your choice
  14. Bake for another 5 minutes
  15. Enjoy!
