Are you a fan of pizza? Well, get ready to see how simple it is to make a healthy and tasty pizza crust using only 4 ingredients. This is my wife, Hillary’s, awesome cauliflower pizza crust. We are used products from Trader Joes, our favorite place to shop! Trader Joes Riced Cauliflower Traders Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Trader Joes Mozzarella Cheese Trader Joes Pizza Sauce Trader Joes Coconut Oil Spray
Ingredients
4 c Riced Cauliflower
⅔ c Gluten-Free Flour
¼ c Mozzarella Cheese
4 Eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 480 Degrees
In a mixing bowl, mix riced cauliflower, flour, and cheese in a mixing bowl
Beat eggs and add to the dry mixture
Blend together
Divide mixture in half
Line a pizza baking stone or baking sheet with parchment paper
Lightly spray with cooking spray (we used coconut oil spray from Trader Joes)
Flatten and form half the mixture into a pizza crust. TIP - the thinner the crust, the crispier it will be. We find that thicker crusts tend to be a bit more soggy.
Bake the crust for 20-25 minutes
Flip crust.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes
(you may need to adjust the baking time based on how crispy you would like your crust)
Add sauce and toppings of your choice
Bake for another 5 minutes
Enjoy!
