Today, the detox effect has begun! Feeling a achy in the back and shoulder. I guess that is part of the detox process. I was sleepy too. BUT, after Alkalenize I had more energy and went out shopping and hit golf balls! Tonight’s dinner was awesome!
I am down 5 pounds!
