• 1/4 cup of pineapple juice
• 3/4 cup of orange juice
• 2 pineapple rings
• ice to preference

• 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
• 2 pineapple rings
• 1/2 cup blackberries
• 1 cup Water
• ice to preference
